Just purchased this Metallic-Blend Mesh Panel Dress from Forever 21 Stores. I am loving the glitz combined with the sheer material. Perfect for a night out on the strip in Las Vegas.

Fall Festivities

Getting Excited for Halloween everyone!! What better way to start the season off with picking pumpkins and apples, carving pumpkins, and making carmel apples.

Get the Look

Smokey eye! I love applying this look to myself. With the compliments of Maybelline Color, Tattoo cream gel shadow in Bad to the bronze, Maybelline Color Pearls, Marbleized eyeshadow in Carbon frost, Maybelline Line Express, Eyeliner in black, and L'Oreal Original, Voluminous mascara in black.

Sock Bun with a Twist

The sock bun with a braid. This is my favorite hair do right now. I hate when my hair is in my face so I am always rocking the sock bun. You can wear it with any outfit and it looks great. The steps to getting the sock bun with a braid are easy. 

1st. You will need a tube sock with the tip of it cut off

2nd. roll the sock into a doughnut looking shape

3rd. Put your hair into a middle to high height ponytail. 

4th. Take the doughnut shaped sock and put it over your hair tie holder 

5th. Flip your head over so your hair is overlaying the doughnut sock and you can't see any part of the sock

6th. Put another hair tie over the hair covering the doughnut sock, so you have a steady bun

7th. If you have long hair this is where the braid comes in. With the left over hair hanging split them into two pieces on either side of the bun. 

8th. Then braid both of the pieces and wrap them around the bun, and put another hair tie over the bun and the braids. 

9th. Lastly use bobby pins for any pieces sticking out and hairspray any fly aways near your forehead, ears, and underneath by your neck.

It is a quick and stylish hairstyle.

Wine and Roses

Had a wonderful sunday afternoon tasting all different kinds of homemade wines and eating delicious food and dessert. It doesn't get any better than that. I found a personal favorite, called strawberry saki. If you lean more towards the sweet wines you would love it. Hopefully it is out in stores soon, if there isn't a kind like it already.

Caution!!!

Caution! Too hot to trot. Stop people in their tracks with you hottest shoes. This pair from Forever 21 stores are one of my favs. The straps are adorable. They go great with skirts, dresses, and you can pull of tights.

What better way to go apple picking then in your favorite style boots.

Glamour up in the fall with red lipstick. I always wear my Nivea Kiss of flavor cherry lip balm. Softens  my lips and gives them a tint of red.

Now I'm missing it

The first couple weeks of September has spoiled us with the last rays of warm summer sun shining on us throughout the day. Today I woke up to clouds with a cool breeze running through the air. It hit me I am going to miss summer. Getting tan on the beach all day. As happy hour creeps up and you are watching the sunset by the water with a fruity, cold drink in your hand chatting with your girlfriends.
